Dangers of Mobile Phones for Children
The harmful effects of mobile phones on children include delayed language and social development, poor concentration and academic difficulties, sleep disturbances, and an increased risk of obesity due to lack of physical activity. They can also cause eye problems, psychological effects such as anxiety and depression, increased exposure to inappropriate content, and a weakened sense of "social self" due to reduced direct interaction. Excessive use negatively impacts mental and physical development and diminishes problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
