Knowledge builds houses without foundations, while ignorance destroys houses of honor and generosity
Education is the key to the future of every nation. Without education, we would have no doctors to treat us, no engineers to build, no lawyers to defend us, and so on
Education is the process of receiving and acquiring information from its sources. It is not limited to the teacher who imparts information to students within the classroom. Rather, education has a large number of sources and resources through which we can acquire information and benefit from it in our academic and professional lives. Education broadens our horizons, expands our thinking, develops our mental abilities, morals, and ideas, and elevates us. Indeed, it is the foundation upon which civilizations and nations are built. Despite the existence of many sources of education around us, the most important and well-known source is school and university education
Because of its importance in the lives of nations, the United Nations General Assembly designated December 24th of each year as the International Day of Education
